Hankook Tire to Demonstrate EV Tire Technology at Electrify Expo
Global leading tire company Hankook Tire will showcase its groundbreaking iON electric vehicle (EV) tires at Electrify Expo in Miami, Florida, U.S. October 14-15 and Austin, Texas, U.S. November 10-12. The company鈥檚 full suite of iON products, including the iON evo and iON evo AS tires, specially designed for the unique needs of EVs, will be on display at North America鈥檚 largest and #1 EV event platform for the first time.
In addition to presenting its iON tire lineup, Hankook is sponsoring Electrify Expo鈥檚 central attraction: the Demo District. Electrify Expo鈥檚 Demo District is designed to provide hands-on experiences with electric vehicles to help accelerate the adoption of the next generation of mobility solutions.

On display at Electrify Expo will be Hankook鈥檚 full family of iON products designed for EV performance across segments and weather conditions. Hankook鈥檚 iON line is unparalleled in the market and built on exclusive technology that focuses on tread wear, noise reduction and unique grip performance for EVs.
The display will showcase an EV offering for every season, including the iON evo and iON evo SUV, which deliver uncompromised performance in summer conditions for high-performance EVs. Also on display will be the iON evo AS and iON evo AS SUV, designed for all-season performance. In addition, Hankook will showcase new seasonal offerings which will be released in the U.S. next year.
Hankook鈥檚 experience in EVs is extensive, with the company鈥檚 tires optimized for EVs in use by leading global automotive brands. Hankook鈥檚 EV tire technology is also being developed at the pinnacle of electric motorsport: the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, where the Hankook iON race tire was put to the ultimate test in the 2023 season.
